Birth Accompaniment

My package includes:

At least two prenatal visits in your home, which will include basic childbirth education, birth- and postpartum- plan building as desired, an informational packet, and most importantly, getting to know you, your partner and your family. We will review your goals, fears and desires and discuss how I can best support you during labor and birth.
Unlimited call, text and email contact throughout your pregnancy. You'll have questions, and I'll provide you the resources you need to answer them!
Continuous labor and birth accompaniment. I will join you as you enter active labor and stay with you until your baby is delivered. Every birth and birther are different, and I can offer guidance on how to progress your labor, work with you and your partner to assess when to go to your birthing location, provide and guide comfort measures, be a strong cheerleader, or simply hold space as you move through the process.
Quiet presence and support in the 1-2 hours immediately postpartum
At least one postpartum visit in your home, where we can discuss your birth and I can provide basic feeding support and newborn care information

Pricing: I offer a sliding scale of $1500 - 2000 for my complete package.

I may also be able to tandem support with another skilled doula, please inquire.
